How Maychem Became Hygienix

The Foundation of Maychem

Over forty years ago, Michael & Mary Maypother founded Maychem, a company that quickly became a cornerstone in the hygiene supply industry, particularly renowned for its contributions to Early Years Education. At the heart of Maychem's success was a deep-rooted commitment to customer satisfaction, marked by personalised, timely, and friendly service.

A Sudden Change and New Beginnings

The untimely passing of Michael and the onset of the Covid pandemic's supply chain challenges led to a pivotal change. It was during this time that Mark & Aimee Nolan, loyal customers of Maychem through their own business ventures, stepped in to acquire the company. Brimming with enthusiasm, they were ready to lead Maychem into its next chapter, evolving it into what is now known as Hygienix.
